Grant Writing

Pathfinders provides grant writing services for groups or organizations. If you are in need of these services please contact the Pathfinders office to discuss your program and Pathfinders rates. Grant writing fees start at $10/hour.

Grant Research

Pathfinders can provide grant research to help project organizers identify grant funds that may be available to support their project. Grant research fees are $20/hour.

Grant Administration

Does your group want to go after a grant but doesn’t want to deal with the paperwork and reporting obligations that comes with the grant funding? Through our grant administration services Pathfinders can take care of the paperwork details. Administration fees vary depending on the amount of time needed. Contact our office for more information.

Pathfinders has administered several different grants including CDBG (Community Development Block Grants), federal grants, state grants, and private foundation grants.

Fiscal Agent / Bookkeeping

Pathfinders can serve as the fiscal agent which means managing the finances for another organization. This can be very helpful for projects or entities that are smaller in scope or utilize mostly volunteers.

Facilitation and Organizational Assistance

Pathfinders provides services such as facilitation or organizational assistance for groups or community efforts.

For example, in the past three years, Pathfinders helped two local organizations complete the necessary paperwork to get their official 501c3 non-profit designation from the IRS.
