Council Directors

RC&D Council Directors volunteer their time to address important issues in their communities. Representatives from each county include a county supervisor, a local soil and water district commissioner, and a representative at-large.

NRCS provides funding for the RC&D Coordinator. The RC&D Coordinator works closely with the Council to identify problems, establish goals and objectives, build strategies, and implement plans.

The Pathfinders RC&D Area received USDA staff assistance and opened it first office in March, 1980.
